I write DLL files called from Excel. On a Win 98 OS where CVF is installed, I have no problem calling DLL files created with CVF from within Excel.
On a Win 2000 OS with CVF NOT installed, I cannot call these DLL files from within Excel. I get the #VALUE! error in the cells calling the functions within the DLL.
I put DFORRT.DLL in the same folder as the Excel application to no avail. How should I do this?

You need to put DFORRT.DLL in the same folder as EXCEL.EXE or in the Windows or Windows System folder or any folder in the PATH. The folder the application DLL is in isn't looked at.
