Debug Intel App Preview for iOS fails

I've followed the docs to create an App Preview for remote debugging for iOS but after about a minute after clicking Configure it just pops up a an "Error" window.  I have created an App ID & provisioning profile according to this PDF (!) http://www.html5dev-software.intel.com/amdocs/lib/Intel_Walkthrough_CreateDevProvProfile.pdf

I have the development .p12 certificate and correct password too.

"Error:

Error encountered while creating a signed version of App Preview. Suggestion: Retry."

Seeing how useless that error is, does anyone know how to debug the debug issue?

I just created a DAP for iOS from scratch (revoked existing certs to start over completely), and it worked fine. Make sure you are entering the correct password.

I think the most vital part of the this was where you have to select both parts  key parts in key manager on osx so they both exported in the .p12 file.

It seems to work now :)
