Debug tab not open the inspect function

Debug tab not opens the inspect function. I'm use Intel XDK 2807 at Windows 10, when i try use the debug tab, the app opens in app preview, but not opens the inspect. The XDK shows "Error: 400", just  this.

But after this, the app runs in App Preview.
