Do judges have Java?

I'm using Java for my entry in the app challenge.  Recently I got an email of best practices that linked to a pdf titled "Intel® RealSense™ App Challenge 2014 - Best Practices for the Early Demo App Bonus "

In that pdf there is the line:

"Except for the latest version of the Intel® RealSense™ SDK which will be loaded on the judges’ test computers, absolutely nothing else (zero!) will be installed by the judges to run your Demo App. "

So, am I supposed to include a JRE inside my entry or is it assumed that they already have one installed?
