Do not know who registered the SN

Dear Support,

I would like to upgrade our old license to 2016 license. I have the serial number, and I contacted the vendor whom we have bought the products, and they said that they did not register this particular SN. The software was bought before I started to work at my company, and I was not able to gather the necessary information. Is it possible to get the e-mail of the person who registered this SN (or at least the domain?)
