The Intel XDK program could have a Build option where it would be allowed to download the project for that platform.
For example, when we do phonegap to build a platform (eg, windows phone) it creates a folder structure, puts plugins and some files. To publish or customize this application have to open the solution in the example Visual Studio.
The INTEL XDK generates the XAP, but could have an option that I could download the project (similar to phonegap) to modify something and then publish. This could be done for Android, Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8.1.
This will be possible in Intel XDK (one day)?
