Download link for Intel Parallel Studio 2013 SP1, initial release?

I am in need of the initial release of Intel® Parallel Studio XE 2013 SP1. When I navigate through my license management to find older versions of the software I can only select update 1, update 2, or update 3 releases. Is it still possible to get the initial release?

I have still not heard whether or not it is possible to get an initial release download. Can someone from INTEL please let me know.

I found out that the initial release of the Linux version of Composer was deactivated due to a critical issue.  At this point I do not know what the issue was, but it will not be available for download.  Are you able to try Update 1?
