Downloading , licence keys and serial numbers

I have purchased two composer license and one parallel Studio. So far we're scoring a flat zero getting these downloaded and installed. I was intrigued that our local distributor saw fit to print out the license key information and deliver two bits of A4 via UPS. I can only hope that they discover email some time this century. In the meantime, we're down some thousands of dollars and I have no idea what the serial numbers are. I registered with what was printed as the license key.
