Driver development for Intel AC 8265

Hi,

I'm interested in developing a driver for an Intel AC 8265, for another OS. Could you please point me in the direction of the Intel interface specifications for this card? I'm looking for control ports , PCI registers, how to initialize the card, how to set the frequencies, power, etc, all at the hardware level.

I've looked at the linux driver code and it's helpful but not sufficient to fully understand the card.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. I didn't see one dedicated to networking or wireless.
