I am developing a platform for doctors and patients where they can send the information about their muscle activity and heart activity with a ECG and EMG device. The only problem I have yet encountered is the EMG device. I tried to build the sensor using some instrumentation amplifiers (INA 128, 116) and ECG electrodes. I was able to get a noisy signal but it is very unstable. I tried with some analog filters both active and passive, but none resolved the problem. I have attached a video of the current sensor. Does anyone have experience in this field ?? If so please help me to build the sensor. I have no clue what I have done wrong in there.

This forum is mainly about Intel(R) IoT developer kit.
On your question I'd recommend to post on https://communities.intel.com/community/makers
