I'm trying to support a user whose using Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer 2009 and he keeps getting requests to update it to his email address. He wishes to update, but he can't remember his password. When you try "forgotten password" it says the email address doesn't exist. However Intel are sending emails about updates to it ? Can you please tell me or him the status of the account so that he can reset his password and I can do the updates for him. I reaised a ticket on the 30th of November asking for help and got no reply as him.

Hi Devorah, I don't have the original ticket number as I sent it as my user. However I can send you the email address if that helps. Those links you sent are the same ones I followed last time. It just takes me round in circles. Saying the email address that its sending update requests to is invalid. I've also tried "forgotten username" in case the username wasn't the email address or the first half of the email address. All to no avail.
