Hello,
I have a list of source f. files and I want only one of them to appear in my working environment. This would be a file that a future user will use while the rest of them will have the background information needed for this one to run.
Is that possible?

This is clearly a project organization question. What IDE are you using and on what platform?

Visual Studios allow to create Folders for any files in Solution Explorer and some source files could be excluded from a build process. So, by combining these simple features you could get what you need.
