Error Code -1003 on update firmware when i install DCM 1.4

I have installed DCM 1.4 and updated firmware. The first time installation is smooth and success. As the camera is not work properly (like other post, it light once and close immediately) , i uninstalled DCM 1.4 in Windows Programs and Features. Now i can't install DCM 1.4 again as it said firmware update failed. And i also can't install DCM 1.3 as it said my DCM version is most updated (but i am already uninstalled DCM 1.4).

Any suggestion to make the installation work again? Thanks

Intel RealSense 3D camera firmware update failed.

The installed failed to update the firmware of you Intel Realsense 3D camera. The camera firmware may be corrupted. Contact your computer manufacturer for recovery instructions.

Could you post the screenshot and the DCM installation log? The DCM installation log can be found @%temp%\micl_tmp_<yourlogin> . Thanks!

Thanks for the support, i found some log about the error .

The file is in FWUpdateLodDir folder. 

About DCM 1.4 installation.
