I already have registered products under my account but can't manage to register our most recently (5-6 months ago) bought product, a Parallel Studio XE for Linux.
It says: "Our records indicate that the serial number you provided has already been registered. Please check your records and try again. If you feel you have received this message in error, Click Here."
I've tried following the link and reading the FAQs but none of it seems useful.
This license shouldn't be registered elsewhere... help please?
