Facial Recognition Return Something Other Than UserID

Just got my RealSense Camera yesterday and have been messing around with the SDK a bit.  I went through a couple tutorials and am working with some sample code right now that I found here.

https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/code-sample-facial-recognition-using-intel-realsense-sdk

It simply recognizes someone in the frame and returns the UserID linked to them in the database and allows you to add someone who is unrecognized and also edit or delete someone. My question is how would I go about connecting more data to that UserID.  I would like to link name and some other information and display it on the page.  Is it possible to store the data in some sort of SQL database? Thanks for whatever help you guys have or pointing me in the right direction.

Update: Well I decided to just connect the UserID that is created by the SDK to the SQL database and retrieve user data that way.  My only problem now is that the camera seems to lose connection to the USB port randomly on a somewhat regular basis.  It will just freeze up the application and the noise that the PC makes when a device is connected and disconnected just keeps playing like it cannot stay connected. Has anyone else dealt with this issue before?

This sounds like either the camera is malfunctioning or the USB port not being sufficiently powered. We’ve seen this the most with systems that run the ASMedia driver. Please search the forum for USB 3 issues and ASMedia. If you determine it is a camera hardware issue, please contact click.support@intel.com.
