I bought both Intel® Parallel Studio XE Professional Edition for Windows and Linux on 2015, and tried to register the IDs to this developer account to renew them. But I only register the Windows version serial number to my developer account successfully. The register box said Serial number is invalid when I tried to register the Linux version. Is there any way I can find out why my Linux serial ID is invalid? Or is there any way to prove I have bought the license and to connect it to my account?
