Finding out serial number of processor if I didnt receive email

Hello,

I have a MEDION PC that has Intel processors, would like to update them and find out their serial number is to register them.

I had all Intel applications downloaded (Win10 crashed 17/03 and had to restore), so I do not have them anymore. When I had these Intel applications I could not find out what was the serial number of my products.

Could you please help me find out their number as I did not receive any email or Intel communication when I bought the PC.

Is there no easy way to find out the serial numbers?
