we run a floating license for two users on a Windows 7 PC.
All worked fine until the systems hard drive gave up and we had to reinstall the system. With that, we also had to reinstall the license manager and redownload the license file.
Now the license manager does not start. When starting the the server a "iflexlmlog.txt" should be created, but in my case there is no such file and when I perform a license check on my license file (chklic.exe) it yields no results (console remains empty).
If the license file, downoaded from the Intel Registration center, is flawed, how do I get a new license file?
