Recently purchased an Intel Visual Fortran Composer XEfor Windowsfloating 2 seated license, my goal was to allow two concurrent users of the software, when I went to register the software with the Serial number, I was hoping to get a license file similar to that when you get a temporary license, instead it was requesting a License Manager server and .... Unfortunately, due to CIP requirements, servers where the software will be installed has no internet or intranet connections, it seems in hindsight, I should have justordered two singleuserlicenses. Is there a way to get a license file for a floating license, without installing the license manger software?

The license server can be installed on the machine that will be using the license, but there is no way to use a floating license without a license server.
