Is there any way to turn off CPU Frequency Scaling on Xeon Phi?

Is "micctrl --pm=set --cpufreq=off" what you are looking for? There is a bit more explanation on this command in the User's Guide that comes with the MPSS distribution. I haven't played with this myself.
