I still don't see any Haswell SINIT ACM on the download page. Where can I find one?
My haswell system reports device 0xb002. 3rd_gen_i5_i7_SINIT_67.BIN supports device: 0xb001. Here is the output of tboot's acminfo for my system:

To clarify/update. My BIOS contains an SINIT ACM, but when it reports an error message, what can I do? There is nowhere to look for documentation which means that the boot process is undocumented.
