Hi Paul,
The problem was Paypal Cordova Plugin. Once I removed it, and I am able to upload again.
Do you have any experience using Paypal Cordova Plugin? Or maybe other user?
Thank,

Hi Muhammad -- glad you figured out the problem. We have no experience with the Paypal plugin. Inspecting the plugin.xml file, it appears that it relies on an included gradle script, which will fail with our build system. However, that does not explain why you get the error on upload. According to the documentation, it also requires that you download and install the Paypal binary lib files, which can only be done with our system by creating a custom plugin and then importing that into our system.
In essence, using that plugin with out build system is not going to be easy. I recommend you use either Cordova CLI to build your app or use PhoneGap Build. You're running into some limitations in our build system that are not likely to be resolved in the near future.
p.s. I've deleted the message with your attached app.
