Help...igfx tray module intel hd graphics

I dont know where to get help for this and hewlett packard has no clue.. but when i try to click on switchable graphics from the link on my desktop taskbar i get this message windows can not find ppa 4cli.exe.start power xpress hybrid:make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again
hewlett packard had me try to download drivers and everytime i tried to download the driver it said it is not compatible for this system, but hp and your site says it is the correct driver for my computer.
anyone able to help .. before i return this puter..
