Houdini library for 32-bit processor on android

Hello,.

I'm using ASUS Zenfone 6 which the processor is intel Z2580. Some XDA developers released Android 7.0 for intel 32-bit devices, but since intel hasn't implement newer houdini library for 32-bit device. Some ARM apps can't run on them. I am wondering if intel's developers would make a new houdini library for android 7.0?
