How do I register my product with a network license file pointer?

Hi,

I am part of a team with a network license to Intel Fortran Compiler XE 2013. I do not have the serial number information associated with the license. Can I still register at the Intel Registration Center and avail myself for product updates, downloads, support, etc.? If yes, how?
