How set a Windows Phone 8.1 splashscreen and icons?

I am developing a hybrid application, and so far I have not had many problems, however now need to set the images as icons on the windows phone 8.1 and the application icon.

However I did not think anything like that saying configue the same as in the file: intelxdk.config.wp81.xml.

Anybody can help me, saying how can i Set the splashscreens, icons and etc on wp 8.1?

I attached the txt file containing my current setup for wp 8.1.

That support has not yet been fully implemented. We are still in an early access phase for the Windows Phone 8 build system.
