How to Adjust LCD Color

I am confused that hpw to adjust LCD brightness. I tried all the solution provided here in this forum. But as i have little knowldge therefor i am not able to apply the step. I also tried Start->Control Panel->INTEL Extreme Graphic 2 M->Color Adjust->

But did not find the option. Can any one provide me a screen shot plz. I also try another solutin provide here http://www.bnsofts.com but did not worked for me. Plz some one guide me how to adjust my LCD brightness, because it is very dark and i can't see text clearly.
