How to register evaluation software?

I just downloaded an evaluation copy of Intel Fortran for Mac. I received an email from Intel with the Evaluation License File. But there is no serial number. How do I register the product in order to get support?

When I followed some links on registering WITHOUT a serial number, it led me to an intel website that is no longer active.

How to register?

Can you recall which webpage you accessed to download the eval and which the URL of the inactive website waas.
