HowTo: Building an iOS signing key for PhoneGap in Windows

In my experience with using PhoneGap for building apps, it was difficult to create iOS signing keys on the Windows platform, as every tutorial I came across explained how to to it via Apple only.

I eventually figured it out myself, and am posting it here in case it benefits anyone else: Building an iOS signing key for PhoneGap in Windows.
