I get stopped at the point where I am supposed to select a product. I have a license via my IT department. How do I find my representative to get this fixed? Please let me know. Thank you.

I don't see any active registrations under your account, thus you don't have access to Premier Support products. You are saying you have an IT license. Let me know the serial number in a private communication.
