I didn't receive my license file

I obtained a student serial key for Parallel Studio XE Professional Edition. I registered it at https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/register.aspx and got success message. However, I didn't receive the license file and thus can't run vtune. Please advise.

For free student licenses we don't provide license files by default. The way to activate a student license is to use the serial number.

But I've sent you the license file for your convenience.

I didn't receive the license file (but I did receive my serial number once again). Could you please resend, or point me to the instructions on how to activate with the serial?
