Hello
I am a developer and I using depth sensors for an application I am working on. I purchased my F200 bak in May serial number (431400820-05). I am having a lot of issues with the very basic functions of the F200. Specifially as soon as I try the init function(PXCSenseManager) the camera resets itself and I get a -301 error (PXC_STATUS_EXEC_ABORTED= -301, Execution aborted due to errors in stream components ).
I get the same error from capture viewer. (see attached).
My system is a brand new Dell XPS 8700 Core i7-4790 with four USB3.0 ports.
Here are the things I have tried based on various suggestions on this forum:
1) The machine came with windows 8.1, i have now upgraded to a "fresh" windows 10 just in case there was some left over drivers.
2) update the system to the latest DCM(1.4) and SDK.
3) purchased a Inateck 4 ports USB 3.0 PCI-E Card for Windows (KTU3FR-4P) and tried to connect the camera via that
4) purchaed a powered amazon basic hub and tried connecting via it.
5) added ground wiring to the outer metalic frame of the camera.
None of these have helped resolve the init problems.
Can you please help.....
