Installer crash Parallel Studio XE 2017 Update 5

This installer crashes when it is nearly complete.  Two copies of the attached log file are generated.  The directory C:\Program Files (x86)\IntelSWTools\ide_support_2017 does not exist, but C:\Program Files (x86)\IntelSWTools\parallel_studio_xe_2017.5.060 does exist.

Is there a workaround or fix available?
