I am trying to install the downloaded version 11.0.066 on a Win7 system. I have a serial number and a license file, but I just cannot get the installer to recognize their validity. My original SN was for the Standard Fortran Compiler. On the download page, there is a note "If you have a valid IVFC Standard Edition for Windows license, during your first download of this product you will be required to complete a simple upgrade of your license at no cost so you may install and use this product".I was not prompted for any such opportunity. If someone can advise me on how to get a valid SN, or license file, and complete the installation, it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
