I have already installed the latest version of Intel Visual Fortran Compiler (ver. 11.1.054). However, the Matlab 2009b Compiler (4.10) supports only ver. 10.1 of the same compiler and doesn't see ver. 11.1.054.
Considering that fundamentally they are the same product, can I download and installver. 10.1 with the same license as the one of ver. 11.1 without uninstalling ver. 11.1?

Greetings,
Yes, you can download previous versions , ex: 10.1 from Intel Registration Center and install them using the license file you have for 11.1. (Please note that you should use the license file and not the serial number. You can resend the license file to yourself from the registration center and the previous versions are available through a drop down at the bottom of the download page you used for 11.1)
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thank You
Shamla
