This looks to be a more complicated question than it appears. The product guide for DG31PR at
http://downloadmirror.intel.com/15064/eng/DG31PR_ProductGuide01_English.pdf
says that various processors using the LGA775 package are compatible. You can use
http://www.intel.com/go/findCPU
to find what processor is compatible with DG31PR. When I did so just now, I found a long list of matches.
So whether Intel virualization is supported for DG31PR depends on which processor and chipset is included with your product, and also whether the OEM has provided a BIOS that supports enablement of the feature. You'll have to refine your question into these terms in order to know for sure.
