Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD on Latitude 6400

I have a Latitude 6400 laptop with the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD. My issue is I have 2 1024x768 displays that I cannot detect using the 430-3312 E-port Plug dock. I checked the EDIDs and they check out. Still doesn't work. I can cheat using a DVI detective and get one of the displays to work. I suffer from intermittent loss of sync on the displays when I dual them with a 17" dell monitor.

Any suggestions??
