Intel Parallel Amplifier assertion

I get an assertion while running the Intel Parallel Amplifier. After I press Ignore repeatedly, I am able to get the product to do what I want (which is to start with data collection paused), but it doesn't feel right to have to do that.

What was the analysis stage when you got the assertion?

Intel Parallel Amplifier Update 3 is now available to download from the registration center.

This latest update should resolve the unfortunate crashes you experienced. Thank you for submitting the crash reports so we could work on them. We encourage all customers to install update 3.
