Intel Parallel Studio 2013 XE issue -- Amplify exit

I have two questions:

First question:

I setup Intel Parallel Studio XE 2013 on my windowns7 PC with VS 2010.

When I run Amplify to find hotspots, it exits when program has just launched. Can you please help me on that?

Please note: I use Intel Parallel studio 2011 before, and the amplify works.

Seoncd question:

I use Intel Parallel Studio 2011 before, and several days before I renew the license. Now I have only Intel Parallel studio 2013 XE license, but I still want to use Intel parallelt studio 2011, how could I do?
