Intel® Parallel Studio XE Linux - Specified location is invalid

Hello,

I want to install the new Intel Parallel Studio XE updates, so I downloaded "Intel® Parallel Studio XE Professional Edition for Fortran and C++ Linux* (all tools) - Version 2015". But, during installation process, when I clicked Install button after following previous steps, a error appears saying: "Specified location is invalid". in order to resolve this issue I followed the steps specified in https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/uninstall-intel-compiler-for-linux-when-uninstallsh-is-missing-or-not-functioning. But, the error keeps apearing.
