Intel Proset/Wireless software V11.. Two languages

I am in charge of setting up workstations in our English/Japanese environment.

We use the Microsoft Windows XP MUI for the Japanese users that prefer the Japanese language.

Is their any way to set the Wireless software up so that when we switch a computer over to Japanese MUI it will show Japanese characters when they Right click on the intel wireless icon in the bottom right of the task bar.
