Intel (R) 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphic Controller

Hp gave me an address to re-install my driver. The graphics work as long as I do not restart my computer. It seems to uninstall itself and I am back to square one and need to unistall and re-install. Hp/Compaq sems to be having a problem in helping me with this. How can I keep the driver installed.? I have Presario 6473sa s/n mx31131840 Win XP Home Edition

I install Intel 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphic Controller on windows vista but not succeded.

But on xp it is ok.

Please help me for vista.

I have a dell 2400 running win XP, that has an Intel 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller adapter or it might be integerated inside the mother board (I'm not sure). I have attached a ViewSonic VX2235wm to the PC.

This combination was working fine before and I had the resolution of 1680 x 1050 . But for some reason I canot get 1680 x 1050 to appear anymore! So the monitor is ditorted.

Any ideas how I can achieve that again? To get 1680x1050.

How can I download the latest drivers for Intel 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller?
