Intel(R) Xeon Phi(TM) processor software 1.4.3 for Linux* Release

Please note that Intel(R) Xeon Phi(TM) processor software 1.4.3 for Linux* Release is now available at

https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/xeon-phi-software . This version has the following features:

  • Added RHEL 7.3 support

  • Added SLES 12 SP2 support

  • Dropped the SLES 12 Kernel off the XPPSL Package

  • Fixed Copy on Write Linux vulnerability (Dirty cow)

  • Users can select MCDRAM as target memory for all Allocations (OOF)

  • Users can use topology file to define application Topology (OOF)

  • Fix incorporated to support LAMMPS in noauth mode (OOF)

  • Memkind - Users has a way to know whether an object was allocated in high bandwidth memory

  • Documentation changes regarding installation steps
