Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE 2013 License Migration

I am trying to migrate my Fortran installation from an old PC to a new machine.  I have the serial number but I don't have the installation files.  I tried registering on the website to download the installation files but it says my serial number has expired.  I am not trying to install new releases, just the original Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE 2013 Update 1 with VS2010.  How can I obtain the installation files which are covered by my license? Thank you!
