Hi,
I'm unable to get xdk to start under Fedora 24. Was fine under a recent install of Ubuntu, but have just changed distros. The error message I get (after editing xdk.sh so that messages weren't being sent to /dev/null, and correcting the symlink to libudev) is as follows:
31291:0703/182100:ERROR:browser_main_loop.cc(162)] Running without the SUID sandbox! See https://code.google.com/p/chromium/wiki/LinuxSUIDSandboxDevelopment for more information on developing with the sandbox on.
ATTENTION: default value of option force_s3tc_enable overridden by environment.
That google code link no longer resolves, so googling the error I see various things about permissions. I've installed Chromium to see if that helped with the sandboxing library, to no avail.
Any clues as to what I might try next?
Regards,
Denis

Intel XDK only directly supports installation on Ubuntu Linux. Any other distribution of Linux is not supported.
