Is there Chinese or other language packages for voice recognition or voice synthesis?

 Is there Chinese or other language packages for voice recognition or voice synthesis?


We note that, the old version SDK (2013) exist other language packages support, but they are not supported in new version RealSense SDK (2014). And we can not find solution for it. So, is there any suggestion?
