Hello Everybody,
I am graduate student. I am using Intel Parallel studio XE Cluster Edition 2015 from last year to compile my Fortran codes in Microsoft VS 2013. Since I am student, I used the free version of the software which is available on Intel's website. Compiler worked perfectly fine for last entire year. But from today, I am getting licenses issues. The error which I got is as follows:
Error: A license for FCompW could not be obtained
Your license has expired.
License file(s) used were (in this order):
1. Trusted Storage
2. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\\Intel\Licenses\w_47H627VL.lic
3. C:\Program Files\Common Files\Intel\Licenses
4. C:\PROGRA~2\Intel\COMPOS~1\bin\intel64\*.lic
Please visit http://software.intel.com/sites/support/ to obtain license renewal information.
ifort: error #10052: could not checkout FLEXlm license
Abaqus Error: Problem during compilation - D:\Residual_Stresses\FE Models\SIGINI_208.for
Abaqus/Analysis exited with errors
Is there any way to fix this issue? How can I renew my license? I am still Grad student. Do I need to reinstall this software? Or is there any easy way to renew the license?
Thank you in advance,
Sincerely,
Nik

Hi Nikhil
You just simply need to reapply the student program for a new license when the old one expired.
See student program FAQ on how long can I use the software:
https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/student-faq
And apply a new student license from here:
https://software.intel.com/en-us/qualify-for-free-software/student
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
