Can co-ordinates/location of a landmark point be retrieved?

For example, its location in a 2D space ?

Sure, you can find sample app @C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\RSSDK\sample\DF_FaceTracking. From the code, you can find how those landmarks display in the face.
