We have recently brought 2 copies of C++ Composer and one copy of Parallel Studio XE . It has been a nightmare to access the Intel Registration Center and register these products. It seems we have been supplied with updates rather than the installable version. The Intel site professes to know nothing of the serial numbers we have been issued. As a side note, Intel seems to add to the confusion with serial numbers, SSRs and SKU's being used interchangeably. Where and how can I find out ,unambiguoslyjust what we have brought?
