Hi,

We purchased a 2 seats floating licence of Intel Composer XE.

How can I get the license file?

Thanks,

Daniele

If you have the license key you should be able to have another copy of license file emailed by opening an account (if you don't have one already) on https://registrationcenter.intel.com  This site also will keep track of license keys which you have registered.

Otherwise, you will need help from an Intel person with access to the data base who would request a private reply in order to look up your purchase.

Hi, Daniel

I thought I responded this yesterday, but seems it didnot submit succesfully.

Have you registered those licenses at our Registration Center as noted by Tim?

If so, you may follow step 5 in below article to generate a license file and sent to yourself:

http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/how-do-i-manage-my-licenses

If not, you need to firstly register the license in the website and you will receive email contains the license file after registration.

Hi Yolanda,

I'm currently not able to get a license file since there is not "manage" link when I log in my Registration Center account.

I tried both with my account and with the account of the person that physically made the software purchase.

I get a hint saying that only the administrator of the license can "manage" it.

Is there any other way to get a license file for our floating license?

Best,

Daniele

Hi, Daniele

I noticed that you are the registered user of your license, but not the primary license owner originally registered this license.

When you login to your Registration Center, can you see the "My Intel(R) Software Developent Products" page? Under the product list table, there is a button named "Email licenses to me". Can you see this button? Click the button will generate the license files and sent to you.

If still not, you may need to contact your original license owner. I have re-sent the license file to the primary owner of the licenses.

You can also ask your license owner to add you as an administrator by following steps in below article:

If you need to discuss any privacy information, please send me a private message for further details.

Hope this helps.
